Access by Car (Approximate Travel Time)

Using the expressway is the most convenient way to reach Hirono Town.

  • About 5 minutes from Hirono-Taneichi Interchange (IC) (from Hachinohe)
  • About 15 minutes from Hirono-Arikae Interchange (IC) (from Kuji)
  • About 30–40 minutes from Karumai Interchange (IC)

About 2 hours and 15 minutes from Morioka
About 40 minutes from Hachinohe

Access by Train (Nearest Station)

The main nearest station to Hirono Town is Taneichi Station on the JR East Hachinohe Line.

  • From JR Hachinohe Station, transfer to the Hachinohe Line and travel for about 1 hour to Taneichi Station.
  • From Taneichi Station, you can reach various attractions on foot or by bus.
